Refund and Returns Policy

At LeoScorpioLeo, we want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are printed and made to order, our refund and returns policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the nature of custom print-on-demand production.

Our Print-on-Demand Policy

Every item is made specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Color variations due to screen display differences

We strongly encourage you to review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

When We Will Make It Right

If there is a defect or error on our part, we will replace or refund your item at no cost to you. This includes:

  • Manufacturing defects (holes, tears, misprints)
  • Wrong item sent
  • Significant color or print quality issues that are our fault
  • Damaged on arrival

To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We will review it and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Personalized Products

Items created using your personal information (such as astrology-based designs) are non-refundable unless there is a production error on our part. Please double-check all personalization details before completing your order.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To submit a request:

  1. Email us at jameshanyusmith@leoscorpioleo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
  3. Attach a clear photo of the defect or damage.

We will respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, LeoScorpioLeo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
