The short version. Earn 3 points for every $1 you pay for shirts (4.5 as an LSL member). 150 points = $5.00 off; 600 points = a free shirt. Points expire after 12 months with no purchase. Points have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and are taken back if the order that earned them is refunded or cancelled. This summary is for convenience only; the full terms below control.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

1.1 The LeoScorpioLeo Rewards program (the “Program”) is offered by LeoScorpioLeo, Ltd, a Colorado limited liability company (“LeoScorpioLeo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), through its online store at leoscorpioleo.com (the “Store”).

1.2 These Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and LeoScorpioLeo. By creating an account, placing an order while signed in to an account, or earning, holding, or redeeming Points, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

1.3 These Terms supplement, and do not replace, any other terms, policies, or conditions that govern your use of the Store, your purchases, or an LSL Membership. If these Terms conflict with any of them on a matter concerning the Program, these Terms control.

1.4 Participation in the Program is a privilege, not a right. The Program is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words have the meanings below:

• “Account” means a customer account registered on the Store in your name.
• “Member” or “you” means an individual who holds an Account and participates in the Program.
• “LSL Member” means a Member who holds an active, paid LSL Membership, whether on the monthly or the annual plan.
• “Points” means the reward points recorded in your Account under the Program. Points are a promotional bookkeeping unit only.
• “Birthday Points” means the separate birthday units described in Section 7. Birthday Points are not Points and cannot be exchanged for Points.
• “Eligible Product” means a physical apparel product sold on the Store. Eligible Products do not include donations, LSL Membership fees or other subscriptions, digital or virtual items, gift cards, or any item we designate as ineligible.
• “Qualifying Amount” means the amount you actually pay for Eligible Products on an order, after all discounts, coupons, member pricing, and Reward redemptions are applied, and excluding sales tax, shipping and handling, donations, membership fees, and any other fees or charges.
• “Paid” means that we have received and accepted payment for an order and the order is in processing or completed status. An order that is pending, on hold, failed, cancelled, or refunded is not Paid.
• “Reward” means any discount, free product, or other benefit that may be obtained by redeeming Points or Birthday Points.
• “Birthday Window” means the dates of the zodiac season that contains the date of birth recorded in your Account, as set out in Section 7.

3. Eligibility and Enrollment

3.1 The Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, are at least 13 years of age, and hold an Account. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your participation.

3.2 Enrollment is automatic and free when you create an Account. No purchase is necessary to enroll; a purchase is necessary to earn Points.

3.3 Each individual may hold only one Account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, pooled, combined, or held by or on behalf of a business, reseller, or group. If we determine that one person controls more than one Account, we may merge, suspend, or close the duplicate Accounts and forfeit the Points in them.

3.4 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information in your Account, including your name, email address, and (to receive the birthday benefit) your true date of birth, and keep it up to date.

3.5 LeoScorpioLeo’s owners, officers, and any account used to purchase at cost are not eligible to earn or redeem Points. We may exclude employees, contractors, and their households at our discretion.

4. Earning Points

4.1 Earning rate. For each Paid order placed while signed in to your Account, you earn 3 Points for every $1.00 of Qualifying Amount. LSL Members earn at 1.5 times that rate, 4.5 Points for every $1.00, as described in Section 5.

4.2 Calculation. Points are calculated once per order on the order’s total Qualifying Amount and rounded down to the nearest whole Point. Fractional Points are not carried over between orders.

4.3 No Points on. Points are not earned on: (a) sales tax; (b) shipping and handling; (c) donations; (d) LSL Membership fees or any other subscription fee; (e) any product, or portion of a product’s price, paid for with a Reward, including a free shirt or birthday shirt; (f) gift cards or store credit, if offered; (g) orders placed as a guest or while not signed in; (h) orders placed before your Account was created; or (i) any order that is not Paid.

4.4 When Points post. Points are credited to your Account when the order becomes Paid. Points credited for an order are provisional and remain subject to reversal under Sections 9, 11, and 12.

4.5 No retroactive credit. We are not required to award Points for a purchase that was not associated with your Account at the time it was placed, or for a price adjustment, price match, or promotion applied after an order was placed.

4.6 Promotions. We may, from time to time, offer bonus Points or special earning opportunities. Each promotion is subject to these Terms and to any additional conditions we state for it, and may be changed or ended at any time.

5. LSL Member Benefits

5.1 Earning multiplier. While you are an LSL Member, you earn 4.5 Points per $1.00 of Qualifying Amount. The multiplier also applies to the order on which you first purchase an LSL Membership. The earning rate for an order is fixed when the order is placed. If your LSL Membership ends, lapses, or is cancelled, your earning rate returns to 3 Points per $1.00 for later orders.

5.2 Welcome bonus. The first time a Paid order includes an LSL Membership, you receive a one-time welcome bonus of 150 Points for the monthly plan or 300 Points for the annual plan. The welcome bonus is limited to one per person, for the lifetime of the Program, regardless of how many times a membership is cancelled, restarted, or changed between plans, and regardless of the number of Accounts. The membership fee itself does not earn Points.

5.3 If the membership payment that produced a welcome bonus is refunded, cancelled, reversed, or charged back, the welcome bonus is removed from your Account.

5.4 The LSL Membership is a separate paid subscription with its own pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms. Nothing in these Terms entitles you to a refund of any membership fee.

6. Redeeming Points

6.1 Available Rewards. Points may be redeemed in the Store’s cart for the following Rewards:

6.2 Limits. Each order may include at most one $5.00-off Reward, one free-shirt Reward, and one birthday shirt (Section 7). A free-shirt Reward applies to a single unit of an Eligible Product in the order; when the order contains more than one shirt, the Reward is applied to the highest-priced shirt priced at or below $25.99. A Reward may not exceed the price of the Eligible Products it is applied to, and no unused portion is refunded, credited, or carried forward.

6.3 What Rewards do not cover. Rewards apply to Eligible Products only. They do not apply to sales tax, shipping and handling, donations, membership fees, or other charges, which remain your responsibility.

6.4 When Points are deducted. Points for a Reward are deducted when the order using the Reward becomes Paid. You must hold enough Points for every Reward in your cart at checkout. If your balance falls below the amount required before your order is Paid, we may remove the Reward or decline the order.

6.5 Product availability. Rewards are subject to product availability. We do not guarantee that any particular design, color, or size will be available.

6.6 Final. Except as stated in Section 9, a redemption is final once the order is Paid.

7. Birthday Shirt and Birthday Points

7.1 Birthday Points. LSL Members accumulate Birthday Points toward a free birthday shirt. You receive 12 Birthday Points for each Paid annual membership payment and 1 Birthday Point for each Paid monthly membership payment. You may hold no more than 12 Birthday Points at any time; any Birthday Points that would exceed that limit are not credited.

7.2 Birthday Window. Your birthday shirt may be redeemed only during the Birthday Window, which is the zodiac season containing the date of birth recorded in your Account:

7.3 Value. Each Birthday Point is worth 1/12 of a birthday shirt (approximately $2.17). With 12 Birthday Points, the birthday shirt is free (one shirt in sizes S through XL, or $25.99 off a larger size). With fewer, you receive a partial discount equal to your Birthday Points divided by 12, multiplied by $25.99, and you may (a) pay the difference, (b) make up the shortfall by redeeming 50 Points for each missing Birthday Point, or (c) both.

7.4 One per Birthday Window. The birthday shirt may be redeemed once per Birthday Window, on a single order, for a single shirt. When it is redeemed, all of your Birthday Points are used, and Birthday Points received afterward count toward your next Birthday Window.

7.5 Reset. Birthday Points that are not redeemed by the last day of your Birthday Window are forfeited and reset to zero. Birthday Points cannot be saved, carried over, transferred, exchanged for Points, or redeemed outside the Birthday Window.

7.6 Date of birth. To receive the birthday benefit, your true date of birth must be recorded in your Account before your Birthday Window. You may not change your date of birth to obtain a Birthday Window you would not otherwise have, or to obtain more than one birthday shirt in a twelve-month period. We may require reasonable proof of date of birth, and we may deny, reverse, or charge you for a birthday shirt obtained through a date of birth that is false or was changed for that purpose.

7.7 If a membership payment that produced Birthday Points is refunded, cancelled, reversed, or charged back, those Birthday Points are removed.

8. Expiration and Forfeiture of Points

8.1 Activity keeps Points alive. Points do not expire as long as your Account has at least one Paid order in any 12-month period.

8.2 Expiration. If 12 consecutive months pass without a Paid order on your Account, your entire Points balance expires and is forfeited automatically, without further notice.

8.3 Courtesy reminder. As a courtesy, we will try to email you about 30 days before your Points expire. Failure to send or receive a reminder (including because of spam filtering or an outdated email address) does not extend the expiration date or entitle you to reinstatement.

8.4 Other forfeiture. All Points, Birthday Points, and pending Rewards are also forfeited, without compensation, if your Account is closed by you or by us, if your participation is terminated under Section 13, or if the Program ends under Section 14.

8.5 Expired or forfeited Points will not be reinstated, except at our sole discretion.

9. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks

9.1 Earned Points follow the money. Points are awarded only for purchases you keep and pay for. If an order is fully refunded or cancelled, all Points earned on it are removed. If an order is partially refunded, the Points earned on the refunded Eligible Products are removed.

9.2 Redeemed Points. If an order on which you redeemed a Reward is fully refunded or cancelled, the Points you redeemed on it are returned to your Account (and a birthday shirt is restored if your Birthday Window is still open). Redeemed Points are not returned for a partial refund, and the value of a Reward is never paid out in cash, credited to a payment card, or applied as store credit.

9.3 Negative balance. If Points to be removed under this Section have already been redeemed, your balance may become negative. A negative balance must be restored by future earning before any further redemption, and we may offset it against Points you earn later. Where Points were obtained by fraud or abuse, we may also deduct the retail value of any Reward obtained with them from any refund owed to you, or invoice you for it.

9.4 Chargebacks. A payment dispute or chargeback is treated as a refund for purposes of these Terms. Filing a chargeback for an order you received may result in suspension of your Account under Section 13 while the dispute is pending.

9.5 Returns and refunds themselves are governed by the Store’s return and refund policy; this Section governs only their effect on Points and Rewards.

10. No Cash Value; No Transfer

10.1 Points, Birthday Points, and Rewards have no cash value. They are not money, legal tender, a deposit, a gift card, store credit, or a security, and they cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for cash, check, credit, or any other form of payment, except where required by law (and if the law requires a cash value, that value is $0.001 per Point).

10.2 Points are a promotional benefit that LeoScorpioLeo grants at its discretion. Points are not your property, and you acquire no vested right, title, or interest in them. Points do not create any fiduciary, trust, or escrow relationship.

10.3 Points may not be sold, bartered, transferred, assigned, gifted, combined, or pooled, whether between Accounts or to any other person, including on death, divorce, or by operation of law. Any purported sale or transfer is void, and Points or Rewards obtained from another person, or bought or sold through any third party, will be cancelled.

10.4 Rewards may not be resold. Products obtained with a Reward are for personal use only.

11. Your Account, Statements and Errors

11.1 You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials confidential and for all activity in your Account, including redemptions made with your sign-in. Tell us promptly if you believe your Account has been compromised. We are not responsible for Points or Rewards lost or redeemed through unauthorized use of your Account that is not caused by our own negligence.

11.2 Your Points balance and history are shown on the Rewards page of your Account. You must review them and tell us about any error within 60 days of the activity in question. After 60 days, the recorded balance is deemed accurate and final.

11.3 Our records control. In any dispute about the number of Points or Birthday Points in an Account, LeoScorpioLeo’s records are final and binding.

11.4 Errors. We may correct any Points, Birthday Points, or Rewards credited or redeemed in error, including errors caused by system malfunctions, mispriced products, or incorrect information, by adding or removing Points or by cancelling a Reward, at any time and without liability.

12. Prohibited Conduct, Fraud and Abuse

12.1 You may not, and may not attempt to, obtain Points, Birthday Points, or Rewards by any means other than as these Terms allow. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

1. creating, operating, or controlling more than one Account, or using false, borrowed, or fictitious identities or information;
2. purchasing products with the intention of earning or redeeming Points and then returning, cancelling, or disputing the purchase (“buy-and-return” or “churning”), including repeatedly starting and cancelling memberships to obtain welcome bonuses or Birthday Points;
3. providing a false date of birth or changing a date of birth to obtain a birthday benefit;
4. reselling Points, Rewards, or products obtained with Rewards, or purchasing for resale or on behalf of a business;
5. using unauthorized or stolen payment methods, or filing unfounded chargebacks;
6. exploiting any error, bug, mispricing, or loophole in the Store or the Program, or failing to report one you know of;
7. using any bot, script, automated means, or device to access the Store or the Program, or interfering with their operation or security;
8. harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff; or
9. any other conduct that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, in bad faith, or inconsistent with these Terms or the intent of the Program.

12.2 If we suspect prohibited conduct, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice: withhold or remove Points or Birthday Points; cancel Rewards and orders; reverse Points already redeemed and recover the retail value of Rewards obtained; suspend or terminate your participation and your Account; refuse future orders; and pursue any other remedy available at law or in equity, including recovery of our costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.

12.3 Our decision on whether conduct is prohibited is final. We are not required to disclose the methods we use to detect fraud or abuse.

13. Suspension and Termination of Membership

13.1 We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or any other Store terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, if a payment dispute is pending, or as required by law.

13.2 You may stop participating at any time by closing your Account. Closing your Account forfeits all Points, Birthday Points, and pending Rewards.

13.3 On termination for any reason, all Points, Birthday Points, and unredeemed Rewards are immediately forfeited without compensation. If you are terminated for cause, you may not open a new Account or rejoin the Program without our written consent.

14. Changes to or Termination of the Program

14.1 We may change these Terms or any part of the Program at any time, including the earning rate, the number of Points required for a Reward, the Rewards offered, Birthday Point rules, expiration rules, and eligibility, and including changes that reduce the value of Points you already hold.

14.2 We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For a change that materially reduces your benefits, we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice by posting on the Store or by email before the change takes effect. Changes that are required by law, that benefit Members, or that address fraud, abuse, or security may take effect immediately.

14.3 We may suspend or end the Program, in whole or in part, at any time. If we end the Program, we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice, during which you may redeem Points under the Terms then in effect. Any Points, Birthday Points, or Rewards not redeemed by the end date are forfeited without compensation.

14.4 Your continued participation after a change takes effect means you accept the change. If you do not accept it, your sole remedy is to stop participating.

15. Communications

15.1 By participating, you agree that we may send you transactional and service messages about your Account and the Program, such as balance updates, expiration reminders, and notices of changes to these Terms, by email or through your Account. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time, but you will continue to receive service messages while you participate.

15.2 Notices we send to the email address in your Account are deemed received when sent. You are responsible for keeping that address current.

16. Privacy

16.1 We collect and use the information in your Account, including your purchase history and date of birth, to operate the Program, prevent fraud, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. Our handling of personal information is described in the Store’s privacy policy.

17. Taxes

17.1 You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations that may arise from your participation in the Program or your receipt of Rewards.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

18.1 THE PROGRAM, POINTS, BIRTHDAY POINTS, AND REWARDS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM OR THE STORE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT POINTS WILL BE RECORDED WITHOUT ERROR. PRODUCTS OBTAINED WITH A REWARD CARRY ONLY THE WARRANTIES, IF ANY, THAT APPLY TO THE SAME PRODUCTS WHEN PURCHASED.

19. Limitation of Liability

19.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEOSCORPIOLEO, LTD AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

19.2 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO, AT OUR OPTION, (A) REINSTATING THE POINTS AT ISSUE, OR (B) PAYING YOU THE RETAIL VALUE OF THE REWARD THOSE POINTS WOULD HAVE OBTAINED, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE U.S. DOLLARS ($25.00) IN THE AGGREGATE.

19.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

20. Indemnification

20.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeoScorpioLeo, Ltd and its members, managers, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your fraud or abuse of the Program, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

21.1 Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Program are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

21.2 Informal resolution first. Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us by email at support@leoscorpioleo.com with a written description of the dispute and to try in good faith to resolve it with us for at least 30 days.

21.3 Venue. Subject to Section 21.4, any action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Program must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

21.4 Small claims. Either party may bring an individual claim in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction.

21.5 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, AND EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

21.6 Any claim arising out of or related to the Program must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

22. General Provisions

22.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the other Store terms and policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Program and supersede any prior statements, advertising, or understandings about it. Descriptions of the Program in the cart, in your Account, in emails, or in marketing are summaries; if they conflict with these Terms, these Terms control.

22.2 Discretion. Where these Terms give us discretion, we may exercise it in our sole judgment, and our interpretation of these Terms is final.

22.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22.4 No waiver. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of it or of any other provision. A waiver is effective only if made in writing by us.

22.5 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them. We may assign these Terms and the Program, in whole or in part, including to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

22.6 Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party systems, payment processors, or fulfillment providers.

22.7 Survival. Sections 9 through 13 and 17 through 22 survive any termination of your participation or of the Program.

22.8 Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation.” All amounts are in U.S. dollars. All dates and times are determined by the Store’s time zone (U.S. Mountain Time).
