1. Our Commitment
1.1 LeoScorpioLeo wants everyone to be able to shop with us. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we design the store to work with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, and both light and dark modes.
2. Known Limitations
2.1 Accessibility is ongoing work, and some parts of the Site may not yet fully meet our goal, including product mockup images and content or tools provided by third parties (such as the payment form), which we do not fully control.
3. Get Help or Tell Us About a Problem
3.1 If you have trouble using any part of the Site, email support@leoscorpioleo.com with the page and the problem. We will reply within 5 business days and work with you to provide the information or complete the order you need, for example by helping you place an order by email.
