The short version. LSL Membership is $5.99/month or $49.00/year, and it renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your account: you keep every benefit through the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Fees are not refundable. 1. Agreement

1.1 These LSL Membership Terms govern the LSL Membership (the “Membership”) offered by LeoScorpioLeo, Ltd. They are part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing a Membership, you agree to them, including the automatic renewal and no-refund terms below.

2. Plans and Pricing

2.1 The Membership is offered on two plans: Monthly, $5.99 per month, and Annual, $49.00 per year, plus any applicable tax. Fees are charged in advance at the start of each membership period.

2.2 We may change Membership prices. A price change applies only from your next renewal, and we will notify you by email at least 30 days before a renewal at the new price, so you have time to cancel.

3. Automatic Renewal

3.1 YOUR MEMBERSHIP RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF EACH MONTHLY OR ANNUAL PERIOD, AND WE WILL CHARGE THE THEN-CURRENT FEE TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE, UNTIL YOU CANCEL.

3.2 By purchasing a Membership, you authorize these recurring charges. For annual plans, we will email you a reminder before each renewal. You can see your renewal date at any time in your account.

4. Member Benefits

4.1 While your Membership is active, you receive: (a) 10% off every shirt on every order; (b) an extra 5% off the shirts in the same order in which you purchase your Membership; (c) LeoScorpioLeo Rewards points at 1.5 times the standard rate, and a one-time welcome bonus; (d) Birthday Points toward a free birthday shirt; (e) the Avatar; and (f) other perks we may add.

4.2 Member discounts apply to shirts only, not to shipping, taxes, donations, or Membership fees. Rewards points, the welcome bonus, and the birthday shirt are governed by the Rewards Program Terms.

4.3 We may add, change, or remove benefits at any time. If we remove a benefit that materially reduces the value of the Membership, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before your next renewal.

4.4 The Membership is personal to you. It may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used to buy products for resale. One Membership per account and per person.

5. Cancelling

5.1 You may cancel at any time in your account under Membership → Manage or cancel membership, or by emailing support@leoscorpioleo.com. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

5.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep all Membership benefits until then, and you will not be charged again.

6. No Refunds

6.1 MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR PRORATED REFUNDS FOR PARTIAL MONTHS OR YEARS, UNUSED TIME, UNUSED BENEFITS, OR CANCELLATION PARTWAY THROUGH A PERIOD.

6.2 You have already paid for the period, so you keep your benefits through the end of it. The only exceptions are a billing error on our part (such as a duplicate charge) that you report within 60 days, Section 9.2 below, or where a refund is required by law.

7. Failed Payments

7.1 If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may contact you to update your payment method. If we cannot collect payment, your Membership and its benefits will be suspended or ended. You remain responsible for any amounts due.

8. Changing Plans

8.1 To switch between the monthly and annual plans, cancel your current plan and purchase the new one. The new plan starts when you purchase it; no credit is given for unused time on the old plan. The one-time welcome bonus is not repeated.

9. Termination

9.1 We may suspend or end your Membership without refund if you violate these Terms, the Terms of Service, or the Rewards Program Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if you file a chargeback for a Membership fee.

9.2 If we discontinue the LSL Membership program for all members, we will stop all renewals and give at least 30 days’ notice. Annual members will receive a refund for each full unused month remaining in their paid year.

10. Other Terms

10.1 The Terms of Service, including the sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, and disputes, apply to the Membership. If these Membership Terms conflict with the Terms of Service about the Membership, these Membership Terms control.
